The Unseen Aware movement needs you! We believe all organisations need to be more inclusive, especially when it comes to disability awareness.

Unseen Aware helps to normalise the conversation - giving those with unseen disabilities the confidence to speak up, and for those who don't have an unseen disability, to give them the confidence to reply.

This is just as applicable in a restaurant, on an airplane, in a hotel, in an office, in an A&E department, or in a shop. It is for small organisations, charities, the NHS, emergency services and large corporations. Whether you have 10 employees, or 10,000...there will be staff with an unseen disability or condition, and they may not feel comfortable telling you. Unseen Aware can help.

When it isn't easy for staff to openly talk about their unseen disability or condition, they mask, and this impacts their ability to reach their potential.

Conversely, if the organisation makes it safe to share their unseen disability or condition, if they've normalised the disability conversation, staff will feel a weight lift off their shoulders, they'll feel appreciated by their employer, and they'll reward that trust with loyalty and hard work.
